Privacy policy

How Union in Frame collects, uses and stores the information you send us, and the rights you have over it under UK GDPR.

Updated 5 November 2026

What we hold, and why.

This notice explains how CameraBoss handles personal information for its Union in Frame wedding division.

Who we are

CameraBoss operates Union in Frame and is responsible for the personal information you provide through this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at camerabossmultimedia@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the names, email address and phone number you give us, together with the details of your wedding: date, venue, location, guest numbers, budget range, the services you are interested in, and anything you write in the free-text field. We also record which page of this site you sent the enquiry from, so we can understand your enquiry. The form also processes technical information, including an IP address where available, for security and spam prevention. Please avoid sending sensitive information about guests through this form.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you book us, to deliver the work. That is a legitimate interest and, once you book, the performance of a contract. We only send marketing email if you tick the box asking for it, and you can withdraw that at any time without affecting anything else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information while it is needed to respond to you and manage your plans. If you book, we retain the information needed to fulfil the agreement, handle queries and meet applicable accounting and legal obligations. We review stored information and remove or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.

Who processes it

Enquiries are managed in the CameraBoss customer management system. Our hosting, database and communication providers process information on our behalf to operate the service. We do not sell your details. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are required. Contact us for details about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

If you choose a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp opens separately and its own privacy terms apply. Your message is sent only when you choose to send it there.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Email us and we will action it within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site. Planning tools may save your entries in your browser so you can return to them; you can clear this information through your browser settings. Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives technical connection information. External links, including social media and review sites, have their own privacy policies.
