What to plan around
Photographing Wollaton Hall
- The Great Hall's hammerbeam roof and high windows give dramatic directional light late in the day.
- Deer in the park are a genuine feature and genuinely unpredictable. Worth the walk, not worth the wait.
- The building is open to the public during the day. Quieter after closing.
