Elopement Photography
Two of you, a witness or two, and somewhere that means something.
Elopements
What elopements ask of us.
Elopements are the loosest days we shoot and the ones that need the most local knowledge. There is no run sheet to follow, so the photographer ends up deciding where the light is and when to move. We scout properly, keep the coverage short and unhurried, and deliver fast because there is usually nobody else waiting to see the pictures.

Worth knowing.
- England and Wales require a licensed venue. Scotland does not, which is why so many UK elopements head north.
- Two witnesses are still legally required in most of the UK.
- Half-day coverage suits most elopements and is priced accordingly.
